Our most popular service is our Diamond Maintenance Plan, which provides you with an audit visit once every 3 months and full training for all your office staff on compliance. This service leads to and incorporates an annual report and quality assurance audit. Regular advice and telephone support is available.

Training for your office staff on meeting compliance
A random selection of staff member files will be audited and reported on
A random selection of service user files will be audited and reported on
A report that will highlight any resources that you may need e.g. Manpower, additional documentation, policies and procedures
Advice will be given on processes and policies and procedures if deemed appropriate.
Additional documentation can be provided (at a separate charge)
Review of all related documentation and paperwork
A visit report results will be fed into a master spreadsheet to compile a full annual quality assurance audit report
The final report will be presented one working week after the 4th visit.
If during the 12 month period staff numbers and level of business activity increase into the next band then a levy will be charged per extra file audited. The full charge will be divided into four and a payment made on the day of each visit accordingly. The cost of these services is dependent upon the size and type of your business.
Small Business < 50 workers
Medium Business Up to 100 workers
Large Business > 100 staff
